Yes, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your cushions within 15 days of receiving them or ask for a Store Credit.

If Pirate Vibe makes a mistake, we will work with you to find an amicable solution.

However, please note that from time to time we hold some stock of cushions, but most of the time, these products are made to order. Therefore, we do not refund for change of mind.

Our fabrics are crafted using 100% Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic fibres, ensuring exceptional durability and inherent resistance to
fading.

One of the many advantages of solution-dyed acrylic is its strength and UV resistance, all while maintaining the plush soft feel of traditional fabrics. That mean that they will outlast the majority of store bought cushions by many years, based on normal wear and tear.

While solution-dyed acrylic offers water resistance, it's not entirely waterproof.

Our fabrics are designed to be mold and mildew resistant, as well as breathable, making them ideal for both boats and homes.

Additionally, they are stain-resistant and can be cleaned with bleach, which makes our cushions perfect for families with children and for holiday rental properties.

We use YKK Niquel sliders in all our cushions, unless otherwise specified.

We have two different insert fillings to choose from, depending on your intended use; indoors or outdoor. When choosing between feather and poly inserts for cushions, please consider factors such as desired comfort level, durability, maintenance requirements, and specific usage conditions to best suits your needs.
