RETURN POLICY
At Pirate Vibe, we want to make sure you really enjoy every
purchase and personalized styling experience.
If you have a change of heart, we would be happy to offer an
exchange for a different design within a 15-day window (counting from
the day of purchase) or provide you with store credit. Please note that we do
not offer refunds for change of mind, so we encourage you to choose carefully
and use our personalized pre-sales service if needed.
Custom orders, made-to-order items, and sale items are
non-refundable or eligible for credit unless deemed faulty. Ensure the accuracy
of your sizing measurements when providing custom information.
In the event of damage upon return, we cannot issue
store credit or a refund. Refunds will be processed minus the shipping costs,
and the responsibility of returning the item lies with the customer. Refunds,
store credit, or exchanges can only be processed once the goods are returned to
our workshop. Please notice that the processing time for these kind of
transactions can take up to 10 working days.
Kindly note that slight variations in color and sizing are
inherent to handmade products such as Pirate Vibe cushions. They are not
considered faults. Every cushion is custom-cut based on demand and crafted with
the available fabric, hence minor variations in the pattern's positioning may
occur.
For any issues with your purchased item, contact us
immediately at hello@piratevibe.com. We'll provide you with a "Return
Authority" (within 7 days) for you to send back the goods.
Store credit must be used within three months of
issuance and cannot be applied to consignment items, custom orders, or external
agent orders.

SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to keep shipping rates up-to-date; however, recent
rate increases from carriers, including Australia Post, have impacted our costs
significantly due to factors like weather-related restrictions. In such cases,
we'll reach out to you regarding any necessary adjustments to the delivery fee.
In certain circumstances, we may even need to refund your order if shipping
becomes unfeasible due to cost or route changes.
Rest assured, we ship daily to ensure prompt delivery of
your orders!
Orders received after 12pm will be prepared for courier
pickup the next day.
Please be aware that our standard size cushions come as
COVERS ONLY, so please remember to check and add the required inserts before
proceeding to checkout.
Updated shipping costs are as follows:
COVERS ONLY
• Cushion covers can usually be shipped in a satchel, but
larger quantities may incur additional shipping costs due to weight and size.
Orders weighing over 2Kg will be assessed individually, and
we may need to adjust the shipping fee for larger or bulk purchases, contacting
you if necessary.
BULKY GOODS (INSERTS)
• Cushion inserts are considered bulky goods and may require
slightly higher shipping fees. Larger quantities may also result in additional
charges.
REGIONAL AND REMOTE AREAS
For regional areas, including WA, NT & TAS, as
well as remote areas in other states, shipping rates may be higher based
on weight and quantity of items purchased. We may need to contact you for
additional shipping costs, though in most cases, the checkout rate is correct. Please
make sure all your contact information is correct. If delivery is not feasible,
we'll issue a refund.

Please note that unforeseen conditions, environmental
shifts, and other events beyond Pirate Vibe's control may render some shipping
routes unavailable at the time of order placement.
We regret to inform you that we do not ship to PO Boxes;
please provide a residential or business address during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are quoted individually. We'll confirm
a shipping quote for cushion covers, inserts, or custom designs upon placing
your order. Please be aware that international shipping may incur taxes and
duties, which are the responsibility of the consumer. We'll inform you of these
charges before shipping your products.
*** Please note that unforeseen increases and shipping
delays beyond our control may affect these arrangements. We do not profit from
